Our engineers maintain active professional licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, North Carolina, New York, Texas, and Virginia. Our construction inspectors possess the required certifications recognized by multiple State and Local agencies.

Admin Support Services

J-Dos offers a range of administration support services, all tailored to meet the needs of each client and goal. Whether we are designing comprehensive program schemes or providing interim support, J-Dos works diligently as an integrated team to deliver projects on time and within budget. We combine the knowledge and skills of our staff with strong and innovative project management leadership in order to plan, implement, control and monitor all projects. Facilities Maintenance &Management

J-Dos provides complete facilities management services in order to ensure the efficient, safe and environmentally responsible operations and maintenance of our clients’ land, buildings, infrastructure and equipment with the goal of long-term preservation of asset values.

Program & Project Management

J-Dos has the multi-disciplined expertise to offer a wide range of management skills which can be utilized on a variety of projects. Our staff utilizes advance technology and industry standards to control and direct all phases of a project from inception to completion. These include value engineering, computer based management tools, CPM and PERT scheduling, cost control, CAD, and BIM. We have a core professional staff of engineers, schedulers, cost estimators, planners, technicians, and support staff experienced in all phases of planning, design, construction and operation of transportation facilities.

J-Dos’ team of professionals include project support personnel, project accountants, project schedulers, and strategic planners. We are able to advise our clients on difficult and complex resource allocation situations, and redefine, develop, or implement processes and procedures for planning and delivering projects. Several of our professional staff have either worked for the various government agencies providing oversight of professional services and construction management firms.

DCPS Libraries

J-Dos was the prime consultant in the District of Columbia Public School (DCPS) libraries where program management services were provided for the renovation of thirty-three (33) school libraries. Our program management services included planning, scheduling, construction coordination, and monitoring of all construction activities.

Anacostia Waterfront Initiative (AWI)

J-Dos provided contract administration and administrative support services on the DDOT Anacostia Waterfront Initiative (AWI) Program Management Team.

DC Water Clean Rivers Program

Over the past 17 years, J-Dos has provided various support services for the DC Water Clean Rivers Program and its predecessor program the DC Water Long Term Control Plan (LTCP). The services provided for these programs included contract administration, civil and geotechnical engineering, and construction management services.

Our Program Management professionals possess the skills necessary to coordinate with external stakeholders, partners, consultants, and private entities. J-Dos regularly does business with other District, Federal, and regional agencies and is always ready to assist in developing and acquiring memoranda of understanding or agreements.

Our specialized experience for Program Management is a result of doing business in the District over the past two decades. During this time, J-Dos has participated on several program management teams serving in nearly every program management role.

Formations:

Certificates of Good Standing:

Order Certificates of Good Standing for your entities from the Secretary of State in all 50 states and the District of Columbia—evidence that you have satisfied your annual report, franchise tax, and other obligations.

Document retrieval:

Order certified copies of any of your business documents that are filed with the Secretary of State, including formation documents.

Doing business as (DBA) filings:

Create a doing business as (DBA) filing history for entities at any jurisdictional level.

Foreign qualification:

Help companies qualify to do business in any state - researching the requirements of the state (or states) in question, determining costs, and providing you with the correct forms and filing guidelines.

Annual Report Services:

Prepare annual report forms on your behalf, file the required documents, and advance state fees directly to the Secretary of State.

Apostille, Authentication/ Certification, and Legalization:

Ordering apostille as validation of U.S. corporate documents in countries that are party to the Hague Convention. In countries that are not party to The Hague Convention, authentication and legalization of corporate documents can be conducted on behalf of our clients.
